In the 2025/26 season, Musliu makes several high-profile debuts: he appears as Fenton in Falstaff at Staatsoper Hamburg and takes on the role of Alfredo Germont in La Traviata at the Bayerische Staatsoper. Winter brings his anticipated debut as the Duke in Verdi's Rigoletto at the Royal Danish Opera in Copenhagen, a role he will reprise at Opéra de Lausanne.

Other highlights of the 25/26 season at the Bayerische Staatsoper include performances as Matteo Borsa (Rigoletto), Malcolm (Macbeth), Ruiz (Il Trovatore), and Pong (Turandot). In the previous season (24/25), he impressed audiences in a diverse repertoire, singing Malcolm, Rustighello (Lucrezia Borgia), Alfred (Die Fledermaus), Edmondo (Manon Lescaut), Beppo (Pagliacci), and a Noble of Brabant in a new production of Lohengrin.

Musliu made his house debut at the Semperoper Dresden as Cassio in Otello and returned as Erster Edler in Lohengrin. His growing repertoire at the Bayerische Staatsoper also includes Arturo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi), Harry (La Fanciulla del West), Flavio (Norma), Festordner in Pique Dame, Jeppo Liverotto (Lucrezia Borgia), and featured roles in War and Peace, Ariadne auf Naxos, Dialogues des Carmélites, and Boris Godunov.

In competitions, Musliu has been recognized with prizes including second place at the Orgia Truja Competition, where he was also invited to a masterclass with Anna Pirozzi.

Kosovar tenor Granit Musliu is rapidly emerging as one of the most compelling young voices on the European operatic stage. A graduate of the University of Pristina and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, Musliu honed his craft as a member of the esteemed Opera Studio at the Bayerische Staatsoper, where he is now a full ensemble member through the 2025/26 season.
